2. Our business
VSAI develops, publishes, and operates mobile applications and related digital products. Product features, availability, pricing, and platform compatibility may change over time.
3. Accounts and purchases
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information. Purchases made through Apple or another distribution platform are also governed by that platform’s payment, subscription, and account rules.
4. Product license
VSAI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for their intended lawful purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse a product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Content and intellectual property
VSAI retains ownership of its software, design, trademarks, content, systems, and know-how. Third-party content remains subject to its applicable rights and licenses.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our website or products for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, or other unlawful or harmful activity.
7. Availability and warranties
We aim to provide reliable products, but the website and mobile applications are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
